Terms of Sale & End-User License Agreement
1. Agreement
By purchasing a licence or subscription, or by using paid features after we enable billing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not pay and do not use the paid features.
2. What you are buying
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the extension in Chrome according to the plan you purchased (e.g. one-time licence or subscription). The extension remains our intellectual property.

3. Payment
Payments are processed by [STRIPE / PADDLE / OTHER], our payment processor. Card and billing details are handled by the processor under their terms. We receive payment confirmation, customer email, and information needed to issue and validate your licence — not your full card number.
4. Licence key and account
We may issue a licence key or associate access with your email / customer id. You must not share keys in a way that violates your plan. We may suspend or revoke access for chargebacks, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
5. Third-party services
The extension connects to your CJ, Shopify, mail, and AI accounts. Those services have separate terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or data processing by third parties.
6. Disclaimer
The extension is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third-party data, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your use of customer data and for complying with applicable laws (including GDPR/UK GDPR where relevant).
7. Refunds

8. Termination
We may stop offering the extension or change features. For subscriptions, we will describe notice and what happens on cancellation in your checkout flow and here. [Placeholder: notice period, data export if any.]
